Introduction

Welcome to www.manifincare.com (the “Site”) maintained and operated by Mani Fincare Services (Mani Fincare). Mani Fincare provides its services subject to the following conditions. Before you use the Site, you must read and accept these Terms of Use and the linked Privacy Policy. This ToU is effective upon acceptance.

Use of any functionality of the Site constitutes acceptance of this ToU. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site. We may change these terms without prior notice; continued access signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

1 — Description of services

Mani Fincare provides information primarily about financial services including loans, credit cards and related communication. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site and for equipment needed to use it. By using the Site and furnishing contact details, you agree that you are interested in the services you selected and that Mani Fincare may contact you electronically or by phone. You authorise Mani Fincare, affiliates and partners to contact you for follow-up, including email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp, and you agree that service-related messages and calls may be sent even if your number is listed as DND.

2 — Licence and site access

Mani Fincare grants a limited licence for personal use of the Site. You may not copy information for another vendor, bypass access controls, upload malware, impose an unreasonable load on infrastructure, or use scraping tools without permission. Commercial reuse, framing or deep-linking without written permission is prohibited. Some imagery is used under free licences; we will remove material if a rights issue is raised.

3 — Eligibility

The service is not available to minors under 18 or to users suspended or removed by Mani Fincare. Users may not have more than one active account or transfer accounts.

4 — Your account

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under Indian or other applicable law. Provide true, accurate and complete information. You are responsible for confidentiality of your account. Mani Fincare may refuse service or terminate accounts. Additional supplier terms may apply to products you select.

5 — Submitted content

You grant Mani Fincare a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use materials you submit. Do not post unlawful, commercial or infringing content. We may decline to publish comments and assume no liability for user submissions.

6 — Disclaimer of liability and warranty

Content and services may include inaccuracies, including pricing errors. Information is provided “as is” without warranty. Mani Fincare and affiliates are not liable for supplier acts, delays, force majeure or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

7 — Online availability

There are no guarantees regarding uptime, impressions or click-through. Advertising must be approved by Mani Fincare.

8 — Licence disclaimer

Except for the licence in section 2, nothing on the Site confers any intellectual-property licence by implication or otherwise.

9 — Local laws

The Site is operated from India. Marketing materials are directed to persons in India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, as stated in the original terms.

10 — Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mani Fincare and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. If liability is found despite these limits, it will not exceed the greater of fees you paid to Mani Fincare for the relevant transaction or INR 100.

11 — Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mani Fincare and its officers, agents and employees against claims arising from your breach of these terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or your use of the Site.

12 — Electronic communication

By using the Site or emailing us, you consent to receive electronic communications that satisfy any legal writing requirement.

13 — Email and postings

Do not use site messaging for unlawful, harassing, advertising or deceptive content, chain letters or unsolicited commercial messages.

14 — Links

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Mani Fincare is not responsible for external content or damages from reliance on it.

15 — Secure areas

Password-protected areas are for authorised users only. Unauthorised access may be subject to prosecution.

16 — Modifications

We may change the Site and these terms at any time. Material changes may be announced on this page. To terminate an account, email support@manifincare.com with the subject “Termination”.

17 — Trademarks

Marks on the Site belong to Mani Fincare or other parties. Content is protected by copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

18 — Survival

Provisions that impose continuing obligations survive expiry or termination of this ToU.

19 — General

If any condition is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. This ToU is governed by the laws of India. You and Mani Fincare submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai. This ToU is the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
